What you can report

Use this page to report activity that violates our Terms of Service or applicable law, including:

  • Spam — unsolicited or bulk messages sent through, or appearing to come from, Neowit.
  • Phishing & impersonation — messages, sites or accounts spoofing Neowit or its employees.
  • Malware & fraud — malicious links, harmful files or fraudulent activity involving our services.
  • Security vulnerabilities — weaknesses in our platform, apps or infrastructure.
  • Harmful content — harassment, abusive, or otherwise illegal content.
  • Platform misuse — misuse of the Neowit platform or of a customer’s private content or portal.

How to report

Email the most relevant address in the cards above. For product or account issues that aren’t abuse, please use our support instead. The more detail you provide, the faster we can act.

What to include in your report

  • Your name and contact details, so we can follow up.
  • A clear description of what you observed.
  • Relevant URLs, email addresses or account identifiers.
  • Dates, times and time zone.
  • Full email headers (for spam or phishing) and any screenshots or evidence.
Never include passwords, API keys or other sensitive credentials in a report. If you received a suspicious message, don't click links or open attachments — forward it to us instead.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge reports as quickly as we can.
  • Our Trust & Safety and Security teams investigate.
  • We may contact you if we need more information.
  • Reports are handled confidentially and in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Any action taken depends on our findings and applicable law; we may not be able to share specific outcomes.

Reporting a security vulnerability

If you’ve found a potential security issue, report it privately to security@neowit.io and give us reasonable time to respond before any public disclosure. When investigating, please:

  • Act in good faith and avoid privacy violations, data destruction or service disruption.
  • Only interact with accounts and data you own or have explicit permission to test.
  • Not exploit an issue beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it.

We will not pursue legal action for good-faith security research that follows this guidance.
